設計監理費用はどのくらいかかりますか？

工事費のおおよそ8〜10％を基準としていますが、お客様にあらかじめご安心いただけるよう、建物の延床面積に応じた定額制を採用しています。詳しくは設計料のページをご覧ください。

Our fee is typically 8–10% of construction costs. To give clients peace of mind from the start, we offer a fixed-fee structure based on total floor area. Please see our fee schedule page for details.

遠方でも対応していただけますか？

これまでの設計実績は関東が最も多く、次いで名古屋、神戸・大阪と続きます。長崎から札幌まで、全国各地でお仕事をさせていただいています。

Most of our projects have been in the Kanto region, followed by Nagoya and the Kobe/Osaka area. We have completed projects from Nagasaki to Sapporo — please feel free to inquire wherever you are.

相談から完成まで、どのくらいかかりますか？

基本設計に約1ヶ月、実施設計に約3ヶ月、確認申請手続きを経て、工事期間が6〜8ヶ月程度となります。全体でおよそ1年を目安にお考えください。

Schematic design takes approximately one month, followed by three months for design development. After building permit procedures, construction takes six to eight months. Please allow around one year in total.

犬猫以外のペットの相談もできますか？

喜んでお引き受けいたします。どのような動物と暮らしていても、その子たちにとって心地よい住まいを一緒に考えます。

高気密・高断熱の家は設計できますか？

代表の廣瀬はパッシブハウスジャパン認定省エネ建築診断士の資格を持ち、省エネ住宅の設計を基本としています。

Yes. Principal architect Keiji Hirose holds certification as a Passive House Japan energy-efficient building diagnostician, and energy-conscious design is fundamental to our practice.
